Our History

Considering the problem for celiacs, Conesa has a special sandwich/Roll menu made with gluten free bread with tracability guaranteed by our suppliers and in collaboration with the Celiac Association in Catalunya SMAP.

-All the sandwiches/rolls for celíacs are made with gluten free bread. -Gluten free bread contains egg. -Periodically gluten analysis are made on final product ( of the snacks served to the public) by an external laboratory and the results are available to customers. -We serve potato chips. All common sauces (mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, spicy and pink) are gluten free. Don't forget to specify when making your order that you would like then without gluten

GLUTEN FREE VEGETARIAN COLD SANDWICHES
-Primavera. Sautéed tuna, tomato, onion and peppers	-Tonyina amb Tomàquet - Tuna with Tomato (catalan style)
VEGETARIAN GLUTE FREE SANDWICHES AU GRATIN
-Escalivat. Roast peppers, onion and aubergine with blue cheese "au gratin". Vegetal de formatge- Cheese and Vegetables. Manchego cheese, tomato, fried pepper, oregano. "au gratin"	-Arengada. Herring marinaded* in olive oil and onion.*
